Joe Campanella

Joe heads the Reverse Mortgage Division of Homestead Funding Corp., the area's largest mortgage bank. Homestead's Reverse Mortgage Division is dedicated to assisting people explore the financial options available to allow for a more secure and comfortable retirement. He also co-hosts the companies weekly radio show "The Homestead Funding Mortgage Hour" Sundays 11AM - Noon on WGY 810 AM and 103.1 FM.

Joe is a Board Member of “Umbrella of the Capital District”, a non-profit operation dedicated to helping the disabled and elderly maintain their homes and stay a part of the community. An active member in SILO (Senior Independent Living Options), a newly formed Speakers Bureau offering free information to seniors and their families exploring housing options for the years ahead.

Joe graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a BS in marketing and has over twenty-four years experience in the mortgage industry. He has exercised his considerable talents at Homestead for the last decade and has been an active participant in all of the various charities sponsored by the company, along with his own support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
